Nude Project once joked that they weren’t invited to fashion week. This concept answers by throwing their own party at New York Fashion Week, together with Hallie Batchelder’s Extra Dirty. I designed the activation and wrote it up as a business memo to the founders, with the cultural rationale, audience insights and a full event breakdown.

La Crème
de la Crème
A Jacquemus pop-up in Ibiza built around a falling ice-cream installation designed with students from L’École Duperré, plus branded ice cream and custom cones made with Van Leeuwen. Our team built the whole operation behind it, from scope and schedule to budget, risk and stakeholder plans.
The experience
How we planned it
We planned the pop-up as a waterfall project running from July 2025 to September 2026, with every step mapped before anything would be built.

01
Define
We shaped the concept, theme and branding, set the scope, audience and KPIs, built the budget and assessed risks and resources.

02
Plan
We set the timeline and milestones, defined roles, planned the partnership with the design school, prepared contingencies and mapped the permits, legal approvals and location sign-off.

03
Agreements
We lined up the Van Leeuwen partnership, the agreement with L’École Duperré, insurance and permits, and the logistics, vendor, security, tech and influencer contracts.

04
Production
We designed a student pitch round where Duperré students would present installation concepts to Jacquemus, followed by the ice cream recipe and custom cones, sourcing, the kiosk build, staff training and testing.

05
The event
We planned the campaign launch and opening event, then daily operations with tracking for attendance, engagement, sales and on-site feedback.

06
Analyse
We set up how data would be collected, measured against our KPIs and turned into a final report and lessons learned.
We also mapped every stakeholder, from local government to suppliers, and planned for risks like Ibiza’s summer heat, island shipping delays and peak-season crowds.
